Terms of Service

Source Logic Limited publishes multiple mobile applications and related digital offerings. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of any application, subscription, feature, content experience, or support interaction that we make available under our account, unless a separate set of terms is presented for a specific product.

Effective Date: September 3, 2026

Source Logic Limited publishes multiple mobile applications and related digital offerings. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of any application, subscription, feature, content experience, or support interaction that we make available under our account, unless a separate set of terms is presented for a specific product.

Applicability

These Terms apply to your use of our mobile apps, in-app services, digital content, subscriptions, trial offers, updates, and support channels. Because we publish multiple apps, some features, functions, or eligibility requirements may vary by product. Where a specific app presents additional product terms, store disclosures, or feature notices, those materials supplement these Terms.

Service Provider Identity

The services covered by these Terms are provided by Source Logic Limited.

About The Services

Our services may include mobile applications, premium features, subscription access, community or support functions, content delivery, personalization, notifications, and future improvements that we choose to make available. Certain features may depend on device compatibility, network access, operating system support, app store availability, geographic eligibility, or third-party integrations.

We may add, remove, revise, or limit features at any time, including where necessary for security, legal compliance, technical operations, or product evolution. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available in every country, language, device environment, or app edition.

Account Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

If an app allows account creation, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping credentials secure, and controlling access to your account and devices. You are also responsible for activities that occur through your account to the extent caused by your actions, failure to protect credentials, or misuse of the service.

You agree not to:

  • use the services in a way that violates law, regulations, or third-party rights;
  • interfere with app operations, integrity, security, or performance;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit the services except as allowed by applicable law;
  • misuse free trials, promotional offers, referral mechanisms, or support processes;
  • upload, transmit, or distribute harmful code, abusive content, fraudulent material, or content you do not have the right to use.

We may investigate misuse and may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, service operations, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Privacy Notice

Personal data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that information may be collected, used, and disclosed as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and any product-specific privacy notice.

Subscriptions, Trials, and In-App Purchases

1. Paid Features and Prepayment

Certain advanced or paid features require an active subscription or one-time in-app purchase. Unless a product-specific offer states otherwise, subscription fees are prepaid for the selected billing period, and the subscription will renew automatically for the same term you selected, such as a weekly, monthly, annual, or comparable plan made available in the applicable app store listing or in-app purchase flow.

2. Auto-Renewal and Termination

Unless you cancel or we cancel in accordance with these Terms, a subscription renews automatically on substantially the same terms at the then-current price for the next billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate a subscription or paid entitlement if required by law, platform rules, fraud prevention, abuse concerns, technical necessity, or a material breach of these Terms.

3. How To Cancel

You may manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the account settings or subscription management tools made available for the applicable service. If a subscription or in-app purchase was made through the Apple App Store or, where offered, Google Play, cancellation must be completed through the relevant platform because platform billing is controlled by that store. Contacting our support team alone does not by itself stop a store-managed renewal.

4. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, you will typically retain the paid benefits until the end of the billing period you already paid for, unless the product states otherwise, the subscription is removed for cause, or applicable law requires a different result. After that period ends, premium access, paid features, or entitlement-based content may stop or revert to the free tier, if one exists.

5. Billing Information

You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate billing details, including your name, billing address, contact details, and a valid payment method where required by the purchase flow or platform. If any of this information changes, you are responsible for updating it through the applicable platform or account tools.

6. Failed Charges

If a charge is declined, reversed, expired, or otherwise fails, we or the relevant platform may notify you by email, in-app message, platform notice, or an equivalent method. You must cure the payment issue within 10 days after notice, or within any shorter period required by the applicable platform, renewal flow, or local law, or we may suspend, downgrade, or terminate the affected paid access.

7. Purchases Through App Stores

When you buy a subscription or in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or, where available, Google Play, the store’s billing, payment authorization, refund, and recurring payment terms also apply. Payment disputes relating primarily to store-processed charges should be directed first through the relevant platform procedures because the platform controls the underlying transaction processing and final billing outcome.

8. Fee Changes

We may change subscription prices, feature bundles, or other fees from time to time. Any change will generally take effect no earlier than the next billing period after reasonable advance notice, unless a different timing is required by law or platform rules. If you continue to use or maintain the subscription after the new price becomes effective, that continued use or renewal constitutes acceptance of the updated fee.

9. Refund Principles

Except where required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable. We may review certain requests on a case-by-case basis and may choose, in our sole discretion, to provide account credits, courtesy adjustments, or other remedies where appropriate, but we are not obligated to do so. For store-managed purchases, users must also follow the refund rules and procedures of the store through which the purchase was made rather than relying only on direct outreach to us.

10. In-App Purchase Refund Summary

To the fullest extent allowed by law, subscriptions and digital in-app purchases are generally final and non-refundable once processed, except where a refund right is required by law or granted by the applicable platform. Payments processed by Apple, the Apple App Store, or Google Play are also subject to that platform’s own refund rules, timelines, and final decision-making procedures.

11. Refund Process

If you believe a refund may be appropriate, first contact our support team using the details in the Contact section at the end of these Terms so that we can review the issue. Many billing, access, entitlement, and technical issues can be resolved without a refund. If the issue is not resolved and the purchase was made through a platform store, you must then follow the applicable store process, such as Apple’s refund request flow at reportaproblem.apple.com or another official store refund channel if Apple changes its process. The store reviews the request, applies its own standards, and makes the final decision, which may take several days or longer depending on the platform and circumstances.

12. Information We May Provide To A Store

If you request a refund or dispute a store purchase, we may provide the store with information reasonably relevant to the review, to the extent permitted by law and platform rules. This may include:

  • account and usage information, such as account identifiers if any, session activity, total in-app time, account status, and account history;
  • purchase and performance information, such as purchase verification results, delivery confirmation, cumulative spend, refund history, the purchase platform, and entitlement activation records;
  • other contextual information, such as our good-faith assessment of the request, whether a free trial or promotional access was offered, and your authorization for us to share relevant information for the refund review process.

The applicable store has final authority over store-handled refund decisions, and that review may take several days or longer.

13. Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial, introductory price, or promotional access period. A valid payment method may still be required at the start of the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends, you authorize the applicable platform or payment processor to charge the then-applicable subscription fee automatically when the free period ends. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue trials or promotional programs at any time, including without prior notice where permitted by law.

14. Digital Goods And In-App Purchases Generally

Our apps may offer digital goods, premium content, consumables, non-consumables, feature unlocks, and subscription-based services. Except where local law requires otherwise, digital purchases are generally final once delivered, downloaded, activated, or consumed. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. If a purchase fails to appear correctly, we may attempt to restore access, verify the transaction, or assist you in following the platform’s refund or support process. Billing disputes for platform-handled purchases should be raised through the relevant platform.

15. Acknowledgment Regarding Refund Expectations

By subscribing or making a digital purchase, you acknowledge that refunds are exceptional rather than standard, that store-handled purchases are governed heavily by the applicable platform’s rules, and that purchase decisions should be made with that understanding in mind.

Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on or integrate with app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, messaging services, diagnostics tools, and similar third parties, including providers such as Firebase and Umeng. We are not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control, and those providers may impose additional terms, privacy notices, or technical limitations.

Availability, Changes, and Suspension

We may update, modify, patch, discontinue, or suspend all or part of the services at any time. We may also impose usage limits, remove content, or restrict access where needed for maintenance, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, abuse response, or platform requirements.

Although we aim to provide reliable services, availability may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, network conditions, vendor issues, force majeure events, platform changes, or device compatibility limitations. We are not liable for delays or unavailability caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The services, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, interfaces, content, and related materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the services in accordance with these Terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or enhancement requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the services will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every purpose, market, or device environment. Any information, estimates, recommendations, or outputs generated through an app are provided for general informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in product-specific materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Source Logic Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or service interruption arising out of or related to the services or these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, our aggregate liability for claims arising from a specific service will be limited to the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, subscriptions, content, or account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed to cure payment issues, or if continuation of the service is no longer commercially or legally practical.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination, including provisions relating to payments already due, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute handling, and general legal protections.

Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date above. If you continue using the applicable service after the revised Terms become effective, the updated Terms will govern future use. Thank you for reviewing these Terms carefully.
